The music honestly is the most understandable thing about the OP. Remember that this was 2006, around the height of obnoxious Engrish in anime j-rock. They don't care that it's unintelligible and nonsensical because most Japanese people don't understand it fluently anyway, they just know that English lyrics in songs are the hip thing. Like most things about Gundoh it's chasing a trend and doing a very bad job of it.
