With the next chapter being delayed til June, and the threads infested with speedreaders, I decided that it'd beneficial to do a dump for the first couple arcs of SnK (up to volume 8.)
If you're someone who stopped keeping up with the series years ago and want to catch up in time for Chapter 129, I encourage you to read through these threads. Attack on Titan is a series that was really tough to judge fairly back when the hype was at its apex, and I personally only got back into it six months ago after having dropped it years before. I can say for certain that the final two / three arcs deserve your time, and I hope you join us in re-reading this series.
If the threads do well, then I'll may keep going up until the end of Marley, which would be Volume 27. With that said, here is Volume 1 of Attack on Titan.
And please don't post unspoilered images during the dump, as it makes it slightly more annoying to read. Not posting images at all is more encouraged, but if you do have to then spoiler tag it.
Also, even though this is literally one of the most popular manga and anime franchises of all time, please try not to post untagged text spoilers either. Be courteous to new readers.
how long until this thread devolves into shippertards screeching acronyms at each other like the subhumans they are?
Noah Carter
Worst case scenario is that they start shit whenever the two characters they ship interact in the story. I think they'll keep eachother busy in the other threads, though.
Pic is Trost Arc, so it's spoilered. But I'm gonna do my re-read entirely in Colossal Edition format as much as possible. The page quality and image scaling is so much better than stretching Isayama's scratchy style across a screen.
Damn heavy, but worth every penny. Right now, there are four, the fifth comes out in may. Collectively, they way 18.4lbs/8.3kg. They are, however, the best way you could possibly read SNK in my opinion.
Not him (of course) but I got the first one and I like it a lot. They have a bunch of exclusive color pages and the art does lend itself well to physicals. Usually only 25 dollars or so online. The next one actually got delayed to October.
