The linework is a bit messy, but one could also argue that it pronounces that chaotic state the character is going through mentally and physically. I think giving a proper reference to major turning point for a major character in a visual format is important.

Calling this explicit nudity is some next level mental gymnastics. Hardly any worse or different from stuff like seeing realistically rendered Puck in hit manga Berserk, like here
