I didn't understand, who made the fatal mistake, Sendo or Alf?
Japanese tiger more like a Japanese ceiling fan!
this looks fucking stupid.
Alf is supposed to be one of the best outboxers, and here we see him standing still tanking the hits.
Ippo who was supposed to be one of the best at getting into the enemy range for an infight, had an extremely hard time getting in against Alf
and even then, Alf was a better fighert at close range than ippo.
>Falling for the bait
Do you even Ippo?
the bait was starting to read this manga desu
I really don't understand these pages
assuming that alf made the mistake of not going all out at the beginning and letting sendo get used to his punches or something
Remember when Ippo Dempsey rolled himself into retirement? Good times
Sendo is so tanky and used to the jabs that they can't prevent him from winding up a punch on Alf
Oh, it was kind of hard to decipher who martinez was talking about
Uuuh oooh
Someone is about to eat a hook
We don't know who he is talking about. That's the cliffhanger.
Alf has a point. The most disheartening, exhaustive, and draining shots aren't the ones you take its the ones you miss. Nothing sucks like when you think you've got a shot, put your power into it, and find out there's nothing there to hit. If my money shot is my right hook and I throw that and miss I know that suddenly 1.) I'm out of punching position 2.) I'll be lucky if a counter doesn't come my way and 3.) I just wasted precious energy on a punch that didn't land.
Example is Vasyl Lomachenko made vaulted power puncher Nicholas Walter quit on his stool because Walter couldn't land any of his shots on Loma.
Do nips actually think spics talk and pose like that?
Nigga he just sitting
Sit like what? With one leg over the other? I sometimes do that.
He's doing hip hand gestures and doing coolly dispassionate exposition with a melancholic face while his posse pose in the dark.
Those are just like weird mexican ghosts, but I don't think emoting with your hand or acting calm and collected in the arena when you're world champ is that weird.
>Adapting to your opponent is now some Sixth Sense.
