I keep trying to drop Jingai Musume. And then I keep catching myself reading it again. I can't escape.
>Jingai Musume
Maybe you should read lampoonman instead :)
That doesn't work. There's only so many new chapters of Lampooning out every day, so it can't stop me.
I could REread it, but before I do that, I want an actually good translation.
anime when?
When the China gets a coup d'tat and CCP gets BTFO
Just finished vol 1. Will they ever be a family again?
hasn't happened yet, even with all the raws & the story ending in the next two months. but there will be a sequel, so maybe then. also what were your thoughts on it? it sort of drops a little bit directly after volume 1, but then picks up and then gets even better. just wait for the KINO acting method, revenge scenes, and also more suffering and deaths of friends as well as a world war
Gerhman > Klein > Sherlock
Continuing my read of Dragon Girl Nacht x Half Elf girl Aisha. I'm enjoying the character interactions. Aisha calls herself Nacht's servant, though really she's actually Nacht's priestess based on the ritual thing she used on her when they met to save her life. Anyway, she calls herself a servant yet then you have Nacht going off to make breakfast for her every morning and doing the "Ahh" routine in bed.
Then she faces down a fire dragon despite Nacht not being around and despite her only having started training in magic a few days ago. True she gets saved by the crazy OP equipment she was given, but when all the other people around her were injured, terrified, or just dead due to the dragon attack and she stood up and even hit it with magic, I give her respect. So far in every arc, Nacht faces down some bigger threat or takes care of the main problem while letting Aisha pursue her own goal. Like in the second arc Nacht went off to break the spell that was making doll versions of dead people because it caused Aisha grief due to one appearing as her father. Aisha on the other hand was confronting an evil mage and her new friend that was an evil eye user. Trying to save her new friend who was living in despair because her parents were killed but replaced with dolls and didn't want to face reality. Aisha fought until she was bloody and losing badly but still kept standing until she managed to call on Nacht's dragon magic and hit best friend girl with a lightning dragon spell.
Also in the latest arc they've now adopted a little elf girl who calls Aisha Daddy and Nacht Mommy.
I liked that everything was relevant. Great use of Chekov's gun.
Old Neil's death was a big watershed moment, things got dark after that and it really drove home the meaning of the Nighthawk's motto. The last arc was like a tour through a chopped onion factory
>spoilers
I hope Klein atleast watches over them and tries to keep them happy
>they've now adopted a little elf girl who calls Aisha Daddy and Nacht Mommy.
That's gay, very very gay.
It's hard to beat a man so scary he became a goddamn boogeyman, whose mere presence makes people go "oh shit, oh no, why me". Also great for Bloodborne memes.
True, except with added new personas:
Merlin Hermes > Gerhman > Klein = Dwayne Dantes > Sherlock
Also, very very adorable.
Like mother like son apparently.
>Be separated from reality for at least three hundred years and consume the potion after one becomes history and doesn’t belong to the present era.
How the hell is a normal seq 4 supposed to do that? They can't even live for 200 years. I doubt even time stealing could make this work. These conditions are preposterous compared to the other pathways
>>Be separated from reality for at least three hundred years and consume the potion after one becomes history and doesn’t belong to the present era.
What do you mean? All Beyonders became literally immortal once they reach Seq. 4, don't they?
Sequence 4 dudes need outside help to live for longer than a century.
>All Beyonders became literally immortal once they reach Seq. 4
What? Where the hell did you read that? I'm pretty sure they just have prolonged lives
>Conditions are preposterous compared to other pathways
you're right about that though.
Here are all the Seq. 4 requirements that have been listed so far:
>Seal a creature of demigod level, the creature must be hostile toward you, lesser outside help used, better will the ritual's result.
>In the middle of a grand event with at least 10.000 people, have a great resonance with their emotions, then take the potion.
>Drink the potion amidst the tsunami and earthquake.
>Extract the strongest emotions that one is most unwilling to abandon before consuming the potion. Inject these emotions back again during this process.
>Personally refine the Stone of Life (don't know what the fuck that is)
>Extract all the life and vitality out of an area, resulting in the desertification of land and drying of lakes.
>Completely analyze a drop of blood from a Mythological Beast.
>Form a team of at least thirty people, cultivate a deep friendship with them, make them strong one after another. The higher the strength and tacit understanding of the team, the better the effect of the ritual.
nvm i just checked it and i was wrong :( forgive me anons
>go to another country
>call the people there hicks
>they get offended
>"tsk what a disgusting tribe"
classic
Is it just me, or is the Seer pathway way stronger than the others? They seem only weaker without any marionnetes, and when they get one with a decent sequence they can just snowball and get more of them. Historical projection seems OP when you can just summon seq 2 to fight for you, and you can summon three of them, and idk what miracles do, but they sound ridiculously versatile and powerful.
Seq 4 isn't that bad but seq 3 sounds insane. Do we even know of any other seq 3 rituals to compare them?
MC chose it because Napoleon-isekai-senpai told how much he regretted not choosing it, so of course it's good.
>Form a team of at least thirty people, cultivate a deep friendship with them, make them strong one after another. The higher the strength and tacit understanding of the team, the better the effect of the ritual.
Danitz is fucked
It just seems this way because Klein is so OP compared to a normal beyonder.
Spectator is scary as fuck
Marauder ain't much worse, just go yoinks and steal fucking everything or Spectators and their ability to IMAGINE things into existence.
Demoness is the best pathway
Any hope for a translation?
>>Completely analyze a drop of blood from a Mythological Beast.
I've been curious. Wouldn't that blow their minds?
Ah yes, the pathway of identity crises, where you either stuff yourself so full of dicks you can't think anymore or just spread misery around yourself, all so you don't go bugfucking insane as you realize you don't know who you are anymore.
The entire Mysteries pathway is incredibly versatile and hard to kill, but like people said, other pathways also have a lot of bullshit.
>I imagine myself stronger than you therefore I AM stronger
>I distorted your attack, made an opening into your invulnerable shield and poked you and you died
>You looked at my eyes and died
and so on
literally the mahou shoujo pathway
Don't directly perceive it and you'll get there.
>so of course it's good.
The only reason Roselle wanted it was because there's no God at the top.
The strength of the pathway had nothing to do with it.
It's not the only pathway that allows you to become the little girl, it's just the only pathway that makes you a little girl AND ruins your life. Best pathway indeed.
Completely forgot about the bullshit that is the Lawyer pathway, all you need is a brain to abuse the powers it gives you access to.
Both Moon and Mother Earth come with a need to breed and fertility perks, Moon in particular can turn you into a mindless fuck mountain that can get preggo from anything while also making even the rocks around you pregnant.
