Because they can’t be hybrids like Ichigo.
To be a hybrid I’m bleach you need to have Hollow, Shinigami, and Quincy powers.
Ichigo was the only one who obtained White (as shown with the suppression being transferred from his wife to Ichigo).
So at best they could be Fullbringer/Shinigami/Quincy hybrids, but you can’t have that either because having Shinigami + Quincy powers without holllow powers leads to soul suicide.
So they’re at best Fullbringer/Shinigami or Fullbringer/Quincy hybrids, while Ichigo is the full package Fullbringer/Shinigsmi/Hollow/Quincy.

Karin is already episode 1 Ichigo in the Fullbringer arc. All she needs is someone to stab her with a zanpakuto.

Urahara said you need balance for a soul not to commit soul suicide. A hybrid needs Human, Hollow, Quincy, and Shinigami power/energy, hence why Isshin had to get put in a Gigai so that Masaki wouldn’t die. This is the same reason the Vizards needed to get injections of Quincy arrows so they wouldn’t die.
