No shit, even though white people show up more frequently in anime (depending on the setting) it's at the end of the day a medium made by east asians who always have been extremly xenophobic. Same goes for their tv shows, movies, music etc. Asking for racial diversity in something that takes place most of the time in Japan makes no sense considering their lack off minorities overall. There's nothing wrong with a large cast of characters with different races, but to shoehorn in a black person is just as bad as purposefully excluding them.
