I bought a digital verision of a manga that was dropped by scanlators; I have a copy of the last two volumes and would like to do a dump but the pages are doubles.

Is there a PS script or something free/OS that would split each page?

You can do it the dirty way and post all of it on Mega and have anons divide the work of splitting the pages in MS Paint and uploading it here

if they're all split into two the same way you can maybe upload all images on ps as different layers, crop one side, export all layers as png and redo for the other side?

A lot of different places, but I would recommend first researching the tools that would download a personal copy. That will help you decide where/if you want to buy.
