Demon and Goblin are by different people with different styles. Goblin also started off as a light novel, so it has a very different tempo style then the more shonen Demon Slayer.
Both are great in my book but so different its not worth comparing them.

Not really. Demon Slayer is a Translation of Kimetsu no Yaiba the actual title of the show. Goblin Slayer is just called Goblin Slayer.

It's not a translation, it's just the name crunchy made up. A translation would mention the sword. Eg, Blade of Demon Slayjng.
