To be honest it sounds way too good to be true. You can fit like 10 different sex scenes there, even with other quints.
I just hope it won't follow the same path as Miku's IF doujin trying to write a "better ending" and instead it will try to show how good Nino's and Fuutarou's relationship can be. No need for convoluted plot, drama, resolving issues, etc. They can take Chicke's doujin as an example, it was so fucking ecstatic because it simply showed the best of their chemistry.
