Finished reading some manga during the weekend.
Phase Erika: Pretty good, doesn't seem to conflict with the shows, so for now I'll take it as "canon". Liked how the Miho-Maho_Erika relationships were presented. Koume getting some presence was nice as well. Most of all, I think the manga captured the characters as we see them in the show while filling out their pasts without embellishing attributes or events. (which Little Army did).
Little Army 1: A nice story. The new characters were ok, but the story about Maho and Emis sister obviously makes this non-canon. Such a parallell to what happened with Miho would absolutely have been brought up in the series or the film, especially due to the indirect effect it had in LA. Otherwise it's sweet, with caring Maho and playfull Miho matching what we have seen from their childhood and relationship.
Little Army 2: A fun romp, clearly non-canon due to the tournament. The delinquent motif was pretty amusing, and the battles were well done. I like that the school had decent tanks and crews, making it not just a reskin of the Ooarai story. Other than Emi basically no characters had any personality, but that's ok.
Senshadou no susume: Completely non-canon. The first volume was quite formulaic, but from the second one the stories became freer and quality increased. The open top bathtub "tournament" was one of the funnier ideas I have seen in GuP. Susume really went to work with the secondary Ooarai cast, and did a real good job of adding to their character without forgetting other schools. All of volume 5 was really good, and the nonsensical dueling rule made for some great scenes. The utter chaos form having reserve tanks, jump-ins, non-affiliated tanks, and object 279 was hilarious. I do think capture the flag/king of the hill as presented could be cool to see in more installments.
GuP anthology: The first anthology set, 2 volumes. Not much to say here, the stories were cute, neither adding nor detracting from anything.

I own all the GuP manga released so far. Maginot was pretty fun, I'm working on catching up with the manga as for a lot of years I only followed Ribbon Warrior and Rabu Rabu. Next up is Variante, followed Keizoku, Anzio, and Witches, then I'll start the anthologies once I've caught up with the currently publishing series.
Susume isn't translated, and I haven't found any scans either.
