Mangarock, the premier manga piracy app for iOS, is shutting down. The """replacement""" app just launched in beta, which only carries titles they have the rights to, and it's the most pathetic thing I've ever seen. Fucking Monsters Inc of all things.

I don't think their attempt for legitimacy is going to work out as well as it did for CR/Fakku.
kill yourself phonefag
>Using mangarock at this day and age
Who gives a fuck?
Seconding .
just use mangadex and download licensed shit off nyaa
I've never used Mangarock in my life, and I don't own an iPhone. I just find this desperate attempt for legitimacy hilarious after they got fucked by lawyers.
Fuck off retard use a proper source for your manga and never post here again
what's a good manga reader app for an ipad?
There’s a monsters Inc manga?
There's a fucking Pirates of the Caribbean manga too, apparently.
based
fuck phonoposter niggers
>Pirates of Caribbean
Picked the fuck up. Thanks itoddler.
>iOS
Anyone who uses iShit deserves whatever bullshit they receive
>mfw there are now no good manga apps for iOS
>mfw they all want you to pay money to remove advertisements
Meanwhile, Tachiyomi.
Haven't kept track of this, are new iShit unjailbreakable or something? IAPs were never an issue from what I recall, and there was never a reason not to jailbreak the phone.
You can sideload apps without jailbreaking now, but bear in mind MR is the normie app and there's really nothing better on iOS. There's a Mangadex-specific one being made at the moment that'll require sideloading, but it's not releasing until the end of the month.
Also, you can't export your follows from Mangarock and people are suddenly realising how fucked their library is. Good times.
I still use MangaStream without issue on an 5S, repos are still being updated frequently. Does the app not exist anymore or something?
They're shutting off the backend tomorrow, this was announced about six months ago and finalised a few weeks ago.
Sorry, Manga Storm, not Stream. I know they have been dead for a while now.
Okay then, what’s the correct site? I’d like to stop using the wrong one.
I'd honestly kill myself if I had to read on an Yas Forums shilled site like mangadex.
>Reading from Mangadex
No, you download from Mangadex and read elsewhere. Why would you willingly use an online reader?
>downloading manga
lmao why? It's not like you'll ever reread it.
Why? It's a great source for Tachiyomi.
Because I would rather read it on my preferred image program than the shitty online readers? Who said anything about archival.
MangaStorm still works, I'm using it. Wait which one are you talking about, which one is shutting off? I'm confused
I mixed MangaStream, the dudes who used to scanlate WSJ until they died, with MangaStorm, who are still very well active thankfully.
>not using Tachiyomi with all libraries enabled
>MangaStorm, who are still very well active thankfully
Yeah but for the past few days the only site that works with it is mangareader. Everything else 404s for me, can't load
You know the answer
Huh why would you want to viait a site with raws? That has a trojan on it goy!
>MMCE
>Tachiyomi
>Yas Forums dumps
>actual books
Imagine using a website's shit reader in 2020.
No I don't, please don't keep it a secret.
use anything with .fun, .top, .club
trust me
Don’t know what the other guy’s talking about but this one is the best one that I’ve found, not sure why it never gets brought up
There was a "pirates" manga?! How did I not know this? If the kingdom hearts Manga was on here that would have been great honestly
Why do people need a program to browse their online manga and not just visit the website?
Is it that hard?
