No, they end the manga right after they find Roach's mother and they're about to go to the evacuation site at the elementary school where Takashi's mother works. Also, Shidou got there first and was up to his usual bullshit. And on top of that, Rika was going to go into the city to look for Shizuka.

There were some fun things being set up. It's a shame it had to end. This is literally the last page we'll ever get. Not even a titty page.

I would love to see this. But the artist for the series outright said it's not happening because giving the story to someone else to finish is an American thing not a Japanese one.

There IS no closure. There might, in theory, be enough of the manga left to do a second season. They could pad out the mall arc, the group is there for a while. But even if they did that, the manga is discontinued and has no real ending. Even if we got a second season there wouldn't be closure.

You might as well read a fanfic or something.

Netflix would absolutely destroy anything worthwhile about the show I cannot fathom why you would want a season two done by them.

What I wish, more than anything else, is that Inazuma would just let us see all the notes he and the author had. I'd love to know just what they were planning before everything fell apart. Like said, they were setting some interesting things up. Was Rika going to join the group? What eventually happens with Shidou? How does the Rei/Saeko/Takashi love triangle play out? Does Shizuka actually have a thing for Takashi? Were Kohta and Saya going to officially become an item? Was Rei's mom going to wind up dying? Were they ever going to find Takashi's parents?
And what was the ultimate, final endgame of the story? It would be nice to know what their ideas were.

They need more than one person to think of stupid fanservice in a zombie apocalipse setting? It is only slighty original because is in Japan, where no one has guns like the other million works that are in the USA.

The real big shame is that Triage X didn't manage to fill that tiddy-void that was created after HOTD fell through. INAZUMA girls are always hot but the HOTD girls were just better than Triage X's girls.

honestly i didnt watch it for coom but the thematic setting, character building and of course mystery behind how did it start. I was hooked because there were intense moments throughout the season
