Japanese voice acting is serious shit, everyone on Yas Forums knows that by now. So, is there any seiyuu who accidentally took their role too seriously like Heath Ledger? It's morbid, but shamelessly fucking fascinating how that much effort to get into a character could damage someone's mind that much and even lead to overdosing just to calm it. I wouldn't doubt any other monstrous villains had that effect at some point, of course, not crazily locking yourself in your room with nothing but reference material to study and a fucking journal to record analysis in.
