>OPM webcomic, Mob
Yas Forums is a good guy.

>I sold my life for 10,000 yen a year
No

I just cant believe how overrated that piece of trash is. Makes a mediocrity like mirai nikki look good.

>overrated
>it's niche as fuck

Boku yabai yatsu

Wasn't really recomended. But saw here Kaiji, Ressentiment and Doubutsu no Kuni and I liked those a lot just for the threads.

The ending of that one is kinda shit though.

Overrated around the few people who like it, when they could actually read great survivals like I am a hero or suicide island

People were hyping this up as "the only good survival manga" a bunch when it was running.

>I sold my life for 10,000 yen a year
shit
>Houkago Insomnia
best Ojiro after the cousin one
>OPM webcomic, Mob
it's wsj level shit but it looks worse

I am a hero and suicide island are both shit. Alice in Borderlands is not a pure survival manga, it's also got a huge gambling/games component which appeals to people who like Akagi/Kaiji etc.

why shit?
it made me cry, may be a bit cheesy but it's a good romantic manga.
>people aren't allowed to like what I don't
they're objectively better, and you can't judge something to be shit if you don't like the genre, as you're not coming neutral to it.

I'm just saying it was praised a whole bunch.

I know it's getting memed to death here, but I actually enjoyed it a lot.

>you can't judge something to be shit if you don't like the genre, as you're not coming neutral to it.
That's silly logic, you're putting the cart before the horse. It's not "I don't like the genre so I automatically don't like this" it's "I don't like this, and I also don't like a lot of similar stuff for the same reasons."

>I just cant believe how overrated that piece of trash is.
Nice digits but without any actual explaination your opinion means nothing. Alice in Borderland is unironically one of the best of it's genre being a death game series that actually has a plot and characters instead of schlock and gore. The only real problem is the last arc and the ending. The last arc just sucks compared to what came before and the ending is a bit heavy handed on the moral of the story.

It ended years ago and I've barely seen any discussion on it since. It wasn't even that popular when it was still being scanlated

It was one of the manga that gave me a lot of satisfaction on the journey to the ending. I couldn't care that much about the ending since it didn't seemed rush.

I Am a Hero shit the bed with its ending but the journey to the weird ayylmao hivemind ending was fun.

But Yas Forums never talks about that manga

It was okay.

Masterpiece. Doctor/Lawyer card game is the best.

Lurk more

For last arc you mean the queen of heart right? Because the king of spades, the jack of hearts and the king of clubs were great

best character was the doctor student, really should have showed more of his games

Nobunaga no chef

Yas Forumsnons are the reason I started reading Usogui and I legit don't regret it, it's fucking amazing.

To the person who told me to pick up this heavy handed edgefest, thank you. It was very good but the final chapters cemented it as one of my favorites.

I hopped on the Usogui grind and it definitely surprised me with how good it is. The tower arc was where it dropped a little for me but dear god is the island amazing

Does it count if Yas Forums wasn't the board that recommended it to me? I picked this up from Yas Forums several months ago and it hits hard to me. One of the few ongoing series I follow.
