Kuroko might stand a chance as she is smart, and could probably think and move faster than the old man however I don't expect her to get out of her battle against liquid Terminator any time soon. Guessing either Misaka will have to come back to her senses somehow, or someone with multiskills like himself would have to battle him. I don't know who has multiskills (if anyone) as I only watch the Railgun series and don't watch or read any of the related manga. Did the bad girl from series one (who had the harem if girls at the pool the start of this season/series) have multiskills? I can't remember back to when I first watched that season. (Maybe I should rewatching it).

Maybe they are having trouble deciding how much gets censored.
