Strict stuck up bitch that doesn't approve of anything out of the ordinary and feels that it's okay to be an absolute cunt towards people that don't meet her standards. I don't even hate Mayaka, she was characterized quite well in the show but god damn if this isn't the worst first impression a character can have on me. Applies to dudes as well but if it's a dude, he's often gonna be given a vibe of protecting his duty and honor or whatever which can be quite entertaining.
