Accel had really unique concepts for its magic aspects, way more interesting than the "MUH SCHEMING CHURCH, I'M THE MESSIAH WHO WILL SAVE THE WORLD" stuff.
I just wish those ideas were used in a part of the series that would utilize them better.

? Delays apart, the only problem with this season it's been the average animation in some of the episodes. For the rest I'm really happy with how the adaptation has gone so far, arranging the chapters for a better understanding of the events and even adding original scenes that make a lot of sense like the Accel one.

There's good things and bad things about her, but I'd say she leans towards good and has more potential than any of the previous Railgun antagonists.
>The positives
Top tier character design for starters. The dragon technically isn't hers but aesthetically the two of them match like peanut butter and jelly. No one else in the series shares her viewpoint that people should be given the tools they need to save themselves, so she's unique in that aspect. She's definitely an anarchist but for a good reason (on paper), better than characters who just want to destroy everything. She's also got a somewhat honorable side where she's willing to leave people unharmed if they do as they say.
>The negatives
She has the same typical "experimented on as a child" backstory that many people in AC have. I guess it's not truly harmful in the long run since she at least developed a different goal than say, Skill-Outs or revenge-types like Mitori. Her little shtick about wanting to see desperation in peoples' eyes is JRPG-villian tier, but it's not a huge problem.
Obviously she's not going to succeed but it's nice that Railgun finally has a character you can compare and contrast to the likes of Aleister, Fiamma, Kamisato, and Touma.
