They both got to keep their names for some reason. Soft and Wet is especially weird, since a Prince reference was the whole reason the license holders are so fucking cautious to begin with.
The name changes were mandated by Viz, the western license holder, and Crunchyroll had nothing to do with them. Most of the localized names have been around from before the anime. It's how we know about Filthy Acts at a Reasonable Price despite the anime being nowhere close to that far.

Might be wrong, but I think it was the PS2 Vento Aureo game that pissed Prince off due to using the name Gold Experience. From what I remember hearing there was a big kerfuffle due to Prince threatening to sue and Araki being unwilling to change the names at the time, so the localization for the game ended up getting canned.
