How is that a shitpost? There are heaps of characters in this series who are absolute monsters but no one really cares too much because they're still in school.

That's a show with a protagonist that has to always have the high ground for ya.

Maybe no one cares, because they're not actually real and thus aren't(and shouldn't) held up to the same moral standarts a human would be. We only care about how interesting they are and how much their precesence entertains us. I for one am not reading LNs to only have good altruistic humans appear in them, or worse, only fully normal human beings. I could read a normal novel for that(or even simply another ln series).

I can assure you people would care exactly the same amount if those characters weren't in school. Especially considering how the vast majority of them is never even seen going to school.

I think some people fail to realize that some of these "monsters" would indeed get sympathy if the whole truth was known.

Example: say there really was a young boy who killed a bunch of clones in a creepy experiment that was cooked up by adults. Adults that had fucked this boy's brain before the clone thing. No one in their right mind would feel comfortable with pushing ALL the blame on the boy and completely ignoring the adults. Some might even argue the boy was literally incapable of making the right choice when approached with the experiment assuming they knew the boy was a labrat all his life

I think, in regards to Mikoto and Misaki's character arcs. Forst Misaki's portions will get resolved and then we'll have Mikoto's portions.

I'm sorry but if you can honestly look at "this boy killed a bunch of clones n a creepy experiment monitored by adults" and feel totally fine with the boy getting 100% of the punishment while ignoring adults involved, you're kinda fucked in the head yourself. Especially if the truth 'the kid was a labrat and couldn't possibly know better" is in the open
