I liked the show but the OVA was a masterpiece of comedy. Why wasn't the whole show like that?

The anime in general seems to tone down the violence from the manga (there's a lot more of blood in the manga) So it was nice to see blood in the OVA.

Some shows just don't need to be yuri, and Kill Me Baby is one of those.

Don't know, but I'm really disappointed there wasn't more assassin or ninja shenanigans you'd naturally expect Yasuna to stupidly get caught up in and Agiri occasionally having to help out in ridiculous ways from the opening. Episode 6 was my favorite precisely because of this along with the ice cream and watermelon parts not being bad themselves. It's the only episode I crammed onto an Amazon Kindle for whenever the internet fucks up.
