Apparently (according to Bing translator), the Head Doctor shows up in prison even though he's supposed to be at the Higashikata state right now

Where did all the hype go? This time last month, Jojolion threads were thriving, and now it seems nobody cares.

Why wouldn't he be at the Prison? He left the estate at the end of last chapter

Because it's monthly and there isn't a following as big as other mangas released in this format
