So how's the new spring season so far? What are you watching, what do you plan to watch, what have you dropped? Any surprises or disappointments?

Doga kobo is killing it this season. Too bad teibou is on hiatus though, I really like it.
Just the new season of Food wars. Finished S4 of mha, the Violet evergarden movie that got added to Netflix & went through Babylon in 2 days. After Babylon I'm in the mood for something more light-hearted tho, cause fuck me episode 7 & 12 just leave you doing a thousand yard stare into a wall with a feeling of emptiness
But Babylon was comically awful.
Bakarina/Hamefura is good. GalDino is chill and ridiculous. Mewkledreamy is promising. Nami yo and Priconne are alright.
Already 4 shows cancelled, will wait 1 week more before starting the season to see how many more get cancelled.

Corona-chan literally killed this season
>Rankings so far
Kakushigoto > Nami yo Kiitekure > Houkago Teibou Nisshi > Yesterday wo Utatte > BNA > Kaguya s2 > Arte > Listeners > Fugou Keiji > Gleipnir (probably going to drop the last 2)
Anyone reckon I should pick up Bakarina?
Been a while since we had well written anime drama. I'm loving the Fishing Club anime too. Nice to see DK return to form. Their cgdct shows have been pretty bland and soulless for the last 2+ years.
What else got corona'ed besides trashgairu?
re:zero
so nothing of value was lost
Tower of god user
is the AOTS
My 15 year old self would have eaten this shit up but unfortunately i found it to be utter shit
>Bakarina
If you like the isekai villainess genre then the answer is yes, and if you've never heard of the isekai vilainess genre the answer is also yes.
why user?
is very good
Anyone else spoilered on Yesterday so they know it's going to be infuriating but watching it anyway because it seems like a pretty nice adaptation?
Fruits Basket, Tower of God and Fugou Keiji is what I'm watching.
Might pick up Bungou to Alchemist and Kingdom S3 if they turn out well in a few weeks.
Finished the VEG Gaiden movie as well if that counts, it was pretty great. More of a backlog season.
It's a bit of an odd coincidence that we have two detective novel adaptations (Fugou Keiji and Kitsutsuki Tanteidokoro) this season.
>Hakushon Daimaou remake
Hope Akubi looks like this now.
Feetfag show.of the season, a.k.a. Houkago Teibou Nisshi.
this
have there been any other TV adaptions? I just see a few LN in the genre
I believe this is the first. Probably won't be the last.
Silence, gook
moe
pick up Bakarina! it's good for the soul!
Listeners trully pleb filter of the season.
>cool concept, about teenager on dystopian era finding out about history of rock music.
>have a coolest and best Opening song on this season
m.youtube.com
>all characters based on famous musician, Jimi Hendrix, Prince, Bilinda Butcher, Einstürzende Neubauten and etc.
>it's actually mecha anime.
My 15 year olf self would have avoided that shit since I wasn´t into anime back into those days.
My 12 year old self would have watched since I was into anime back in those days and would have dropped it anyways and keep watching great anime like slam dunk.
This season is

8th Son, Arte, Listeners, Gleipnir, and Gundam Build Divers Re:Rise season 2. I'll wait before any final verdicts.
It was the best anime of last year.
