It's clear the last panel of the time skip is meant as an answer to the last panel before the time skip. Taking that as our premise, by simple propositional logic, the rumbling succeeded. At the very least, we can't get a cuckold peace ending if everyone is dead. Whether it's kino remains to be seen.

It won't be genocide and it won't be avengers shit. The ending is something else we probably can't think about, because none of those endings would be consistent with what Isayama hinted us so far.
The final audio, the final panel, "see you later eren", the scenery eren saw we haven't seen yet, everything points to another ending, probably something eren planned or saw in the future.
Isayama won't end his masterpiece with fucking global genocide and most certainly he won't end it with the cringe team either.
