I wish Wani had kept up the Yushiro vs. Muzan bit up longer, like had Yushiro's plan work but then Muzan just tears through the fortress by brute force while Yushiro-Nakime tries to squash him with the fortress, and it ends when he kills Nakime to bring it down. I think you could have replaced like 3-4 chapters of empty tentacle fighting that way. I guess it would mess up a few things like shortening Nezuko's running trip too much.

Unironically would have liked seeing Douma fodderize more demon slayers (even if they are just red shirts) mostly because he is Upper Moon 2 and I loved the ice theme of his Blood Demon Arts. Still liked the fight though.
