Seriously though, I don't get why people use HR. When it comes to stealing from CR, Erai-raws are far better. HR has severe issues with typesetting, it's not even funny. Their quality control is nonexistent. I guess this isn't really surprising since their whole point is to shit on CR but that doesn't mean that people have to put up with their releases.

Also, fansubs are close to being dead. There's only a handful of sub groups, most shows don't get a non CR translation and those that do are often abandoned halfway through. There are still some decent fansubbers around, though, like Vivid, Asenshi, and PAS.
