Or just do one near side combining both ciel and arc and one far side combining the other three, which isn't particularly hard, really, their plot outlines are pretty samey.

Dead. Sometime last year TM showed off some new CGs from the Arcuied route at their pricey museum event but it was so far in the back that almost everybody who attended that knew about the project missed it and only found out after the fact. Also Nasu also said that the engine for the game is in play testing either in 2018 or 2019 but who actually knows what is going on since Nasu has no motivation to work on anything that isn't Fate.

The remake is close to being finished, though with variations in the plot as Roa, gaining knowledge of his inevitable final death, resorts to extreme methods, and inspired by the Fuyuki system hatches a plot to start his own pseudo Holy Grail War in order to turn the events in his favor. He fails to cloak his intentions from the planet however, so our protagonists and their servants will have to face the appearance of counter guardians trying to maintain the integrity of this timeline.

The routes are all great and should each be adapted individually. I would never want them to be squeezed together into some sort of frankenstien'd common route.
A series of ova's for each route would ideal I think, but yeah, that's obviously never going to happen.
