I see more tards saying that it is overrated than people who actually undeservingly praise it.

The only people that cared about this in the first place were Kyoanifags and people that got sucked in by the pretty looking trailer. Anyone else with half a brain knew better.

It's actually extremely underrated. People don't appreciate the insane amount of work that went into it. We never get to see anime like Evergarden.

What even was the point? If i wanted bad tearjerk stories I would have rewatched angel beats. This whole show is literally one of those charts where you have 10 points and you can spend them on animation / story / characters and the creator decided to spend all 10 on animation.

The point of Violet Evergarden isn't some epic, overarching story about a war, it's about stand-alone episodes where Violet has to write a letter that gives you feels.

It's heartwarming but you lost all emotion jerking off to gore on so I wouldn't expect you to understand what it feels like to be comfy.
