I really doubt it's gonna affect anything. After all, all of this comes up to ~48 episodes a year vs. ~39 chapters a year. The break would have to last years for it to affect the anime's pacing. If anything, it will affect the anime negatively, since when it's finally possible to work, people are likely to hasten everything to get the anime back on-air.
