But for me it's probably the siege on the southern front in the Nausicaa manga, where Nausicaa and Kushana are playing cat-and-mouse against each other with hostage negotiations whilst simultaneously going on the offensive together against the Doroks. That's the moment (imo) that Nausicaa ceases to be a Mary Sue, entering a fight for reasons other than self-defence. It's a pivotal scene in the manga.

It's hard to pick one, but one of my favorites is with Gin and Katsura on top of space ship fighting against aliens in the first movie.
The animation and the way it's directed is amazing with protags switching weapons constantly and nothing but action without anything said.

Zeus vs. Adam was also cool but I liked it just a little bit less than Sasaki vs. Poseidon. Adam had the GOAT entrance but I didn't like the actual fight as much because it I didn't find the punch rushing as entertaining as Sasaki being such a loser that he can see all possible routes of himself dying

I think the author was really trying to put his own MC up against the stereotypical shounen MC.
The final twist was great. I posted on Yas Forums about it complaining how crazy it was and they responded that it was a legitimate move even though it was risky.
