Nothing, weeaboos just like self inserting

People dare not admit that they are lustful

NOOOOOO HACHIMAN ISN'T A SELF INSERT HE CRIED ONCE

who is the red one?

I look like Daffy Duck in a Jojo suit though.

Putting 51% there muddles the message. He's literally a labrat superhuman making him share a space with Tatsuya over 8man.

50%man from classroom of the elite. he's easily the worst of these, even including Azusagawa, which is really saying something.

Unskilled anons want to have a hidden talent or believe they are actually good at something and just hiding it.

What's wrong with him? At least he has the highest IQ among the list.

I dont recognize any of those teenagers

yeah I'm thinkin' this is me...

dont do it user. the nerd in my school that tried this got beaten up pretty bad.

nothing

maybe he forgot to step on poop. its not as demoralizing without the poop shoe.

Oreki don't belong with thise simps

200 IQ mc gets a harem, but there are REAL LIFE CONSEQUENCES involved so it's not just an excuse for self-insert masturbation

AHAHAHAH THIS CAN'T BE REAL

Things must be pretty different here. It only gets bad when teachers get involved and side with the bully. Never trust teachers.

You know what the dumbest part of this is? He's right next to train tracks and he isn't doing anything about it.

People who read LNs are actual teenage boys or mentally teenage boys. The Literally Me character speaks to how they view themselves and how they want to be seen.

It's targeting the audience's narcissism instead of being the formless audience cipher stock LN MC or the naked power fantasy LN MC SAO popularized.

Have you ever thought to yourself, "On the surface I might be the weird quiet kid at the back of the class that everyone thinks is socially awkward but deep down I'm actually really cool and methodical and if I were just to speak up they'd be charmed and smitten by my cunning."

That's who they're for.

I love this so much, even the thumbnail alone is hilarious to me.

>i'm a virgin
What the fuck? Why would he say that?

To slutshame

I'm going to guess the intention of the author was to show that LITERALLY ME sticks to his guns or whatever. That's not how it comes across at all, but that's the whole point of LITERALLY ME: it's a power fantasy. It's when Chad says something humiliating about you in class and everybody laughs but you're too weak to say something about it, so you just sit in class seething all day and when you take a shower that evening, you start fantasizing about what you should've said and how you would've put Chad in his place and looked cool in front of everybody.

Hyouka is my favorite anime but I have to begrudgingly admit that he is a "literally me" character. falls right into the sullen, quiet guy + manic pixie dream girl trope.

Holy BASED

the guy he was fighting started a rumor that the girl was putting out for him and he was trying to diffuse it

Watch the anime, its actually a really cool scene

this. best girl is voiced by inori minase

Hikigaya doesn't have a harem so he can't be a literally me

I don't get how this is the literally me archetype.
None of them work out and they're all popular with cute girls.

see aka delusions of grandeur

it's not about the archetype, it's about the writing style

>gets kicked in the shin
>"You're not being fair!"
>gets kicked in the face and insulted
>"Who isn't uncool!?"
Why doesn't this author understand how humans react to things?
