Said leader gives up on him and gifts him a katana as a farewell.
After the timeskip he wears a mask and knows his way around the world as a solitary mercenary, is shown to have developed his abilities thanks to his summon spirit, some infodump from his part about the world too
is him finally meeting Yume after years, and yes he wants to bone that booty

The JNC owner is adamant that the creator has an ending planned but I really doubt it. Even Japan is pissed off and they started mass dropping it around the time they released 14+. The reaction when 14++ was announced was hilarious.
