Matrix meets Cube meets westworld meets Inception (that's what happened in the last few chapters).
This manga always has an axed feeling due to the ridiculously fast pacing, but that kind of conveys the kind of hell MC mentions in this chapter, and his complete confusion at the end. Imagine fighting against people that can manipulate your brain however they want.

This story reminds me of Cube 2 in that no one remembers the world outside, and we have two groups of prisoners, one that is experimented and one that is given administrative powers to experiment on the formers but are still just being manipulated
The co-protagonist also carries the story, she is awesome.
