All flash, no substance.
All flash, no substance
He is hot tho. That alone gets my watch.
yeah. i don't have much hope for it either.
It's episode one.
Also who cares about substance
The direction is poor. It's not even flash.
What did you expect from director Tomohiko "DID YOU KNOW RED MEANS BAD THINGS ARE HAPPENING" Ito
What flash?
Its the first episode, its just introducing the characters and setting, and even that was interesting.
Based
this is your brain on shonen
That could be applied to a lot of types of anime aside from shounen
腐女子
腐女子 aren't the only people who find anime men hot
>genre: mystery
i wouldn't call this mystery when the "mystery" is spoon-fededly obvious and a fucking AI and a super genius detective suddenly solved the case out of nowhere at the end of the episode
Normal girls and fags exist, user.
I don't think that was supposed to be a mystery
The first episode did a bad job of introducing both characters. The "naive, honest" cop came across as annoying and preachy, while Kanbe came across as actually kind of retarded and overly reliant on his electronic "butler".
the genre listed is mystery though
Not really; checked pixiv and there are only a few fujo pics with the two guys, most are singles pics of Daisuke.
Looks like no one is that interested in drawing Haru there and the show doesn't even have a full page of art yet.
From what I read from some japanese book review sites and blogs it seems the anime and the original novel are very different. Haru doesn't even exist in the original book so the anime will probably be a total new story. It makes sense since the book has only four chapters. I'm looking forward to how they will develop the plot in the anime.
>while Kanbe came across as actually kind of retarded and overly reliant on his electronic "butler".
I'm pretty sure that was the intention. I have a feeling the theme of this show is going to center around "extremes" along with Haru's whole justice boner thing and finding a moral middle ground. Don't know though
>taking anime database websites seriously
yes because i wanted to know what it was about and it dissapointed me
>i solved the case
>but at what cost?
>the economy
Is this ID: Invaded 2.0?
Actually, there will probably be some actual mysteries later on going off of the novel
that's good to know. i can only hope the gayness nature of this show doesn't ruin it
I hope it gets gayer
I hope there's nothing too gay
Is the novel so popular? It spawned a drama and now a TV anime
I think it is, it's an old novel and the author is pretty popular. The drama version is also mostly original stories, only 4 episodes from all the two seasons are based on the book.
nah, it's just mindless fluff with no real thought put into it.
People said that about ID:Invaded initially
I admire your optimism but I doubt this show could reach the highs of ID: Invaded.
>It's an user is too underaged to understand the appeal of camp episode.
I don't think that it will, I just feel that people are being overly critical about something which which we've yet to see much of, as well as something that never seemed to take itself too seriously in the first place.
What I'm pointing out is that people were being overly judgemental towards ID's start like this but then in then everyone ended up loving it.
