>invencible
>the only way to stop her was creating a duplicate of her waifu
>fucked off to another world to live happily ever after without facing consequences
Altair is the most based villain ever
>villain
>invincible
You've already lost me. There's no point in watching a series when you already know everyone worth rooting for's gonna lose.
Implying Altair isn't the one worth rooting for
>Rooting for the villain
I'm not an edgelord or contrarian, so no thanks.
It really put me off that the show expected all viewers to be rooting for her in the end considering how her power was said to work.
Naw, she's cool because she looks cool. Idgaf about her invincibility shit.
Based and redpilled
Altair is a literal meme-character in universe. It'd be like having a special where Hatsune Miku and/or Sega Sanshiro fought against a bunch of anime and video game characters. Of course the audience would root for her.
>Being a moralfag
That's worse than being an edgelord and a contrarian combined.
Her Final team from left to right:
>Main Hero of a Medieval Berserk like world
>Secondary Hero of a Medieval Mecha world.
>Main Hero of a dystopian future world
>Main Hero of a persona like world.
>Altair herself, who want's to avenge her God/Mother/Waifu's death.
What Villain?
Everything besides her design is terrible. She's literally a chuuni teenager's fanfic character. And I mean literally. I get that that's the point, given what kind of series this is, but it doesn't make her compelling at all. She just sits around and angsts about nothing until it's time for her to get deus ex machina'd out of the story.
They win, she still goes undefeated though.
Not even if she's a sympathetic villain?
Gilgamesh is stronger
Well, Altair is immortal.
Altair is not invincible, she won because there were only 3 characters in her show that figured out how everything works, and two of them decided to stay away from the final battle. She had free reign to make it her own story while all the opponents thought it would be a fight like in their own worlds.
And I rooted for Altair so it was fine. I expected her to have a somewhat happy ending, but having a perfect victory without even needing a redemption arc was an unexpected surprise.
The guy on the far right is cool because he's Billy Kane with a Stand
Invincible donut steel powers
>Altair's waifu is also her mom
Hot
>Kills a bookstore owner because she could
>Brings a lovecraftian monster into the real world
>Insights conflict for her own amusement
>Eats a corndog with a little girls blood
>Becomes chink Jeff Bezos
>Fucks off to another country and gets away scot free
Why is Hiroe so based?
I really wish someone would translate her entire manga spinoff so I can add more crimes to her section of the list.
Should add "pedophilia" to Alicetaria's list too.
I'm watching this for the first time and why is it 20 something episodes? I feel like it could have wrapped up in 13 or so. Also Meteora best girl.
She was kinda hot, in a not-sexy-at-all kinda way.
I agree, she was a baby and acted completely irrationally. I thought she was cool up until she started bitching when not-Madoka brought up Setsuna.
Not-Madoka gave a perfectly reasonable alternative and was very convincing in her ideals but Altair just threw a bitch fit for no reason.
It was a really poor sense of wording on Madoka's part. Saying that someone needs to be "saved" is not something you should say about one's waifu.
Also from Altair's point of view she pretty much just showed up out of nowhere and brought up a bunch of personal shit in front of her randomly and essentially said that the one person she loves above all else is some sort sinner.
Well, to be fair Altair did indeed bring her out of nowhere. Don't get mad at the ones you summon, or else you're no better than the so-called gods you're so angry at.
I think she also should have appreciated the fact that, unlike what's-his-face (Shou I think), Mamika was the only one who tried consoling her up until that point. Mamika seemed like she genuinely cared about calming Altair's wrath and understanding her feelings. At least to me anyway.
She's just a Monster of Imagination. Kotoko can handle her quite well.
As much as this relationship comes up for the crime list, she never really tried making moves on her or vice versa. They just talked about what they were dealing with and the like. They definitely had that more than friends vibe but there is no evidence that it went further than friend talk.
Pic not directly related, but funny.
It's not like she's completely against talking about her personal problems, as she was able to let Blitz bring up her insecurities without skewering him. On the other hand Blitz was a grown-ass man that had experienced loss while Mamika was just some kid from a cheerful kids show. There's something in common she shares with the former that the latter does not have.
Might Gaine's personal bitch
Meteora best girls.
Whatever dude this shits fucking gay. SHAARK GAANG
>bullies REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
She is shit
I suppose that makes more sense.
I just thought it was really sad killing that happy cheerful kid's show protagonist because of what she symbolized. Ending Mamika was representative of Altair's decision to completely reject love and friendship and understanding. Even Shota said there was value in the messages her show conveyed.
Selesia = Alisteria > Mamika > the rest are shit
Hard agree, this show is just propaganda to make bullies look bad
Altair is just coldsteel the hedgehog
also Giorno would've cucked the shit out of her
Souta confirmed manchild. No wonder he was such a shit.
Altair did nothing wrong.
Also Shark's torii earrings are 10/10 fantastic.
Altair was an extension of Sota's personal puzzle. By bringing Setsuna back with Magane's help he learned when the impossible should be defied if the opportunity presents itself (him merely bringing a facsimile and not the "real" Setsuna would fly in the face of this moral otherwise).
So, how did this shit show end? I remember getting bored around ep 12 and dropped it, and a friend said almost all manga/anime characters died stupid unsatisfying deaths, is that true?
