I like the softer rounder edges as opposed to the models they used in the OVA 3 which looked weird in certain frames even if they were more faithful to Kajishima's style at the time.

I can see why, she's easily the most level-headed member of Tenchi's group. The older I got the more I started liking Mihoshi and not just for her design and comedic backdrop. She's steadily gotten more fleshed out and become a more complex character as a result over the years.
