The only thing in the timeline we know is that the railroad ceremony happened 1 year before chapter 108. The events in chapter 123 happened some unknown amount of time after that, and between Eren's disappearance at the international forum and his appearance at Fort Slava, where he was and what he was doing are completely unknown. I'm almost certain that the events in Historia and Mehmet's shards both take place in that time frame.
