Give it time. But what about pic related? It's confirmed now, Magari is doomed, or at least she believes she is. Because doesn't mean that she will drop dead any time, just that her life expectancy is short.

Doesn't looks like he has one of those diseases. The chances of dying randomly by truck are higher (this actually happened at my school, bad design on the front seat of the microbus, the bus was going too fast and had to stop too suddenly, the girl flew through the front glass).

It wasn't a disease, just an abnormal heart defect. She was a healthy girl going out for a run and then died without warning. Magari likes Nakami's heartbeat so could be she has something heart related.
