No, he should keep drawing manga, just give him a better edittor or make someone else write the story.
His doujins have droped on quality over the years, specially the last ones, it feels as if he put some assistant to do them or something, no backgrounds at all and poses are stiff as fuck and faces look traced from old works since rarely fit the body.
I checked some of TRiage X last raws and doesn't seem his quality dropped at all, they look nice as always, but his last doujins look awful, check them if you don't believe me. May be its just he has too little time to draw them I don't know but look awful.
