There literally is no plot.

they already are heroes, what will they teach them after this war? the entire premise is stupid for a manga, because is has no endgoal.
there will always be villains to fight, therefore there can't be a satisfying ending.
Also the story only moves forward when the villains make their move. The main cast is completely passive all the time, until a villain decides to attack.
Hori unironically is a hack.

remember when hori kept adding new interesting, novel ways for deku to use his super strength, reflexes, and agility that are all VASTLY superior to any other quirk? I don't either, because he gave deku six extra quirks when he ran out of ideas.
