Short summary for those who don't want to bother. > Leuvis orders the arrest of the current rulers and total annihilation of the farms to stop the system. > Some demons are against it at first because MUH TASTY MEAT but soon decide that they're not a fans of being system's bitches, so they lean in. > They hail him as the new king, but he refuses. > Flashback: he did possess the second core and wasn't aware. At first he didn't bother and planned to die at some random village. But when he overheard about what happened with the queen and royals at the capital, he changed his mind. > He suggests Musica as the new queen, and the main sage (who escaped and also healed the rest of his comrades) concurs, promising that him and Sonju (not stated on Leuvis yet) will guide her through. Then the most basic "it's everyone's responsibility to make things right" speech by the sage. Demon folk concurs and Musica gets coronated. > Kids, watching the thing, cheer, after which Emma leaves and finally meets Phil.
I can't believe Posuka Demizu is being wasted on this garbage
Carter Smith
>even Maou Phil is back So when the fuck is it ending? I need the free spot so Mitama and AB can stay safe for now.

It truly is
Brayden Adams
Starting too high.
Isaac Lee
>Starting too high. Anything with a premise as YA novel-esque as TPN was going to be hot garbage from the get go, let's be honest
Liam Hill
This truly peaked during the jailbreak arc.
Landon Rivera
Why?
Jose Wood
It's been like 10 chapters the characters are screaming happily they won, then something minor that you already know it's not gonna be relevant happens to get in their way, and then it gets resolved in an instant and everyone is happy again. How do you fuck up this badly?
Andrew Green
>Phil is completely fine
Why did the author stop trying? Does he actually think he'll ever have another hit as big as this?
Dominic Carter
I cant believe isabella survived all this
Blake Rivera
>So when the fuck is it ending? Probably in four more chapters after this one to fill out volume 20. Anything but a fucking human world arc.
Oliver Cox
You didn't like how the final villain was a screaming retard who got thwarted in the span of three chapters?
Liam Bailey
This is even cringeworthy.
Landon Powell
Why do they bring up so many problems just to resolve them so quickly?
Evan Cruz
Consequence of having to end every chapter with a cliffhanger without long-term planning.
Noah Myers
> no chapters FOR A FULL MONTH (coronavirus break + no chapter + golden week break) Seems that Shirai has realised it's too wretched to allow and took the opportunity. And yes, he could totally do that on purpose.
4-day span between the official release and heading out to shops (leak day) is more than enough.
And I doubt it's about making it last till season 2 to influx the sales, for that he'd need to take a break every two chapters from now on.
>following the english volume releases >that motherfucker is still alive Jesus, how do you get shot in the face and walk it off?
Cooper Reyes
For fucks sake just end it already, this is fucking abysmal
Xavier Jenkins
It's a chain of issues >make interesting "anyone can die" setting >except the only kids that actually die have been in the same chapters they're introduced and/or in flashbacks >meaning no "important" characters have died other than adults, and would you even be shocked if Yugo and Lucas turn up alive at this point? >as a result of nobody dying, stakes feel low and there are simply too many characters who do nothing but fill crowd shots >because the good guys are so dominant now, this final arc has just been rushed while also feeling dragged out because the good guys are just curbstomping some villains who weren't even prepared for them >so for like 10 chapters it's just a lot of people and demons celebrating while the few surviving bad guys cry in the corner >at this point, the only thing left to really resolve is finding out what Emma's promise was and how bittersweet it will make the ending
Goldy Pond was the last time the manga was fun. It turned to shit when they found Norman again and his plan went practically flawlessly. But people who enjoy that first season of the anime are going to be shocked regardless of that in Season 2 because the entire genre of the series starts to change from this point from Thriller to generic Action.
Angel Adams
Isn’t this just a shittier version of Made in Abyss?
Owen Clark
some more info > the system allowed Royalty to gain more power controlling the life and intelligence of the army by limiting meat supply, he also bans human meat consumption > he reveals the original promise to townsfolk. The deal was not to hunt each other, the words were twisted in the first place and the current system is wrong
Something tells me Shirai rewrote some shit and decided to turn demon shota into the villain instead, and so throwing Peter away
Nathan Jones
>havent checked in a while >actually bough lewis back this is beyond trash pandering
Carson Walker
I'm just waiting for season 2 only because animeonlyfags learn about musica. This will result in a shit ton of musica hentai to fap to and me forgetting this dumpster fire's existence immediately afterwards
Adrian Roberts
>Lewis is back and helping the boys It was actually worse than Mama's redemption page. I almost wish the writer would have accepted the "everything is a Phil plot" theories
Gavin Young
I haven't read the manga in a year, is Ray still irraylevant?
Do yourself a favor and don't read on. It's almost ghoulshit:retard levels of bad.
Caleb Garcia
wasted potential
Robert Richardson
I'll do my best to avoid reading on, then, thanks for the warning. Judging from the thread alone, it sounds like it's deteriorated from Norman's Hitler keikaku versus Emma while Ray stands in a corner and says "yeah" into unsatisfactorily setting up and fixing conflicts in quick succession. Are we even going to see them go to the modern/real world? I'm sad man, the start was so fucking good and the threads were fun.
hate to burst your bubble user but when this manga first came out they announced that the entire script for this manga was already written, meaning this was already planned before the manga came out LOL
Evan Cooper
norman hitler's pawn solos the entire demon royalty including all of the named characters besides the queen. He then conveniently jobs to the queen who jobs to sonjuu and the entire cast 20 v 1ing her. She comes back from the dead to be talked to death by musica. After any potential antagonist remaining in the story is dead norman 'wtf im good now"s but !!!! ratri man is still around and attacking remember the first arc of the manga that was actually good? He is defeated with no effort expended by anyone whatsoever and isabella "wtf im good now". This chapter Lewis is revealed to also have a second life and 'wtf im good now". Also phil.
Jordan Wilson
Well, at least I got a chuckle out of this.
Owen Wilson

>Leuvis >Alive I-I don't understand. Is Yugo alive too?
Eli Smith
Wait, what? Lewis is fucking back? What the fuck?
Jaxson Hill
What the fuck, why does Emma look like a psychotic villain that's torturing Phil's family infront of him or some shit? Those panels are straight out of a horror manga or some shit lmao
