27歳の千紗希はまだ結婚してなく彼から借金完済するまで待って欲しいと言われた模様
・「修学旅行2日目の夜ですよ！！」あの一言が蘇り、21歳の千紗希に戻る
また昔の夢を見たのかと怖い夢を見続ける状況の千紗希
流禅と接してた現在の夢、かつて修学旅行で見た未来の記憶、そして今（21歳）の世界
そのせいで千紗希は自分が本当は17歳か21歳か27歳か分からず混乱してしまい悩んでる様子
・落ち着いてちゃんと思い出そうと気を取り直す
コガラシと2人で日帰り旅行（デート）中・・・元の未来の記憶もあるため行く場所でデジャブ
同じ場所でデートしちゃってたんだと気付く
・元の未来で恋人同士になって同棲していた事も27歳のあの時プロポーズしてくれた事も今のコガラシに話してなく
今（21歳）の2人はまだ恋人同士にもなっていない
・今の未来でも幽奈の成仏は変わらず、違いはコガラシが黒江機関で働くようになりゆらぎ荘から出て行った点
就職活動中の千紗希が偶然再会して半ば強引にデートする中になったものの、まだ最後の一歩を踏み出せてない状況だ
・今（21歳）の千紗希もまたこれが夢の世界だと気付いてしまったのである
だからこそ突き付けられる目の前のコガラシが元の未来で接してたコガラシとは別の人という事実
・場面替わってコガラシから突然のプロポーズ
千紗希は元の未来と同じ状況で「ハイ」と答えれば恋人同士になれると気付くもまた悲劇を繰り返すのが辛くて断ってしまう
「ココはあたしが見てる夢の世界なの・・・！どれだけ幸せになれたって夢は突然覚めちゃうんだよ・・・！」泣きながらコガラシに
・全裸でシャワーを浴びる千紗希は完全に全ての事を思い出せた模様
「人生で一番の幸せが崩れた・・・あの瞬間も・・・！」「冬空くんにまたあんな辛い思いさせたくない」
元の未来の悲劇を繰り返させない為、千紗希は泣く泣くコガラシと距離を置く事を決意、呼び方を冬空くんに戻す
・家に来たコガラシは答えは変わらないと言う千紗希に「結婚しよう」と言い、元の未来で二人で選んだあの婚約指輪を持参
「どう・・・して？どうして冬空くんが・・・その指輪を知ってるの・・・！？」
・修学旅行の夜、千紗希が皆を救う為に自分の未来を諦めてたなんて知らなかったと謝るコガラシ
最近の千紗希が妙に先の事を知っていたのが気になり、もしやと思って（未来）流禅に問い詰めて教えてもらったらしい
そしてコガラシは流禅に頼み、悲劇に終わるあの元の未来を追体験「千紗希と同じあの未来を・・・生きてきたんだ」
・コガラシの話を聞いて「あんな辛い思い・・・冬空くんまでする必要無かったのに・・・！」と泣いてしまう千紗希
「・・・必要無いなんて言うなよ千紗希 たとえ辛い記憶だって・・・二人の大事な思い出だろ・・・！？」
「だからさ・・・千紗希 またコーくんって呼んでくれよ」
修学旅行の観覧車、元の未来で同棲始めた頃、呼び方が変わった時の出来事を両方覚えてると言うコガラシ
「また一緒に色んな所へ旅をしよう」「また一緒に色んな紅茶をいれよう」「また一緒に暮らそう」「千紗希・・・！」
・涙を浮かべつつコガラシ怒涛のプロポーズに千紗希がコーくん呼びに戻して抱きつきキス見開きページでドーン！
「たとえまたいつか覚める夢だとしても たとえほんの僅かな間だとしても 二人一緒に・・・！」
結婚指輪をはめて再びコガラシとの幸せな未来を受け入れた千紗希、現実世界の本体が光り輝く

That's expected considering the previous future was supposed to actually happen in the present but she changed it.

-Seems like that Kogarashi also remember things about that alternative future,apparently the ring is the same
-Chisaki the starts crying and want to live with him,marry him,fu*k him and everything
-Then they kiss
