Mainly because they're looking for things to bitch about for SAO. That's why they call Sugou torturing Asuna and stating is intent to rape her is a rape scene, despite him not getting further than ripping Asuna's top off (which the anime made a point to NOT show her breasts after that), much less him getting as far as getting his dick out and sticking it in Asuna. That's why they call Shinkawa attacking Sinon a rape scene, despite his intention being murder/suicide because he was insane, and despite all he did was lift up her shirt slightly(likely about getting clear access to inject her close to her heart). That's why they call the two kouhai being attacked a rape scene, despite it being a failed rape attempt that didn't even get the girl's clothes off. That's why they claim that the rape scenes are "fanservice" and imply that cater to rape fetishist, despite every would be rapist being brutalized or killed.
In short they're looking around for something to hate, So they try and pretend that SAO is a wannabe rape hentai, rather than it being kinda edgy with some of it's villains.
