It certainly wasn't as good as the first half but it wasn't as bad as people said it was

Root A wasn't well animated andS1 already had plenty of differences with switched up order of arcs and super rushed pace of 12/13 eps for ~68 chapters.

Root A wasn't animated as well as Season 1 because Tokyo Ghoul was an anime that people didn't actually watch but everyone knew about. (A tragedy) As for the differences in Season 1, they only switched up stuff like Tsukiyama happening before Mado and Amon and minor but important things like Touka seeing Furuta at the university

Same, but it's already night in Nipland.. I expect the first chapter/pages to come out this week though. It will probably only be an one-shot and he will release few pages every week until the end of april.

But if he does this method, he should go into detail and comment on the stuff he drew and what his thought processes were.
