Ep01~04 and 08~10 looked good, we had a down around the middle but it seems like it's back for now.
Precure never was an anime that looked 100% on-model, even well-regarded seasons for visuals like HeartCatch or Go! Princess had their share of QUALITY.

But it was just a couple of weird faces/awkward animation here and there, not an entire episode full of QUALITY. It just looks jarring in comparison to pretty backgrounds.
