Honestly most groups are carried by the enthusiasm of certain individuals interested in a project but rarely the entire team is on board resulting in massive delays.
With people stuck in homes I'd rather call it competition than sniping. Most groups with a boost of activity are realistically only temporary since the majerity of staff are normal fags with spare time now. Competition should help motivation but everyone in fan translating gets butthurt too easily, that's why so many dropped out of it, cause certain people starve for yous instead of passion projects. Also clearly different skill levels in groups, people should just be aware that they are thankful of multiple translations / where to improve on if trailing.
