Sounds like the ideal plan to not change the webcomic. I'm really liking what ONE and Murata are doing with Psykorochi but it should be done without hurting the cadres' screentime and scenes.

Psykorochi surviving would make all the next scenes impossible. The other heroes would get trashed. Fubuki can't fight Psykos.
Also Psykorochi wouldn't even bother fighting alongside he cadres and would just absorb them too.

At most Psykos uses some last remains as a final boost to make the sneak attack more believable. Otherwise yeah, it will lose before the cadres comes out.
