Every passing chapter involving the alliance but not Historia makes it even more obvious that she was aware of and supports Eren's plan. The fact that she willingly got pregnant but didn't tell the MP's anything about it, Eren's memory shard, and now the fact that Eren is the only possible way she can get reintroduced back into the story. With all his other friends being labelled as traitors, it's clear what this is setting up for.
