When I got to chapter 113 and I got halfway through and saw it was about to reveal who would win, I left and thought about it. It couldn't be Ichika because she had lied during the story. Miku and Nino seemed like they wouldn't win because they were overly eager rivals. Itsuki was a red herring and I almost fell for it but in the end her whole arc is about her being the only one who's not really into fuutaro.
Really the answer was known as soon as Yotsuba was revealed as the girl from the past. Japanese believe really hard in fate and true love and the red string of destiny so when I took that into account I knew Negi had to make Yotsuba the winner.
