I would not say that she is conforming, she is still the same pervy otaku as always. In fact I would say the opposite, before she got friends she would try to hide what she was... and failed. She by in large tried to avoid being weird... and failed.. If anything she is more honest and open about who she is and people are conforming to her.

If there was any change I would say is that she now views others as less one dimensional after getting to know them and realizing they are more then the stereotypes she built up.
